The Process…
We use our experience and tools, to help you see the real, big picture. Which parts are working well and on track, but also where the gaps are. This is designed to help you grasp the key components of your businesses journey, starting with why you’re in business, and then look across the business into areas such as people, process, customers, innovation and revenue to ensure each element can get the attention needed.
5. From these sessions or workshops, various themes may arise - Talent Succession and Acquisition, Team and strategy alignment or leadership and “Star” development.
6. Introduction of OKR’s and KPIs, so people understand their contribution. Role and responsibility definition, SOP and Playbooks, Continuous Improvement or cross functional support
3. Then we present back on those discussions and our derived insights to you, the board or senior team, and discuss next steps.
4. Next steps are always unique, but could be a focus on Vision, Mission and Values, maybe it’s the People (the players on the pitch) or to look at revenue and value (the economic engine), and communication nearly always comes up
